- Understand the end-to-end Intelligent Automation / IPA lifecycle
- Define the responsibilities of a Business Analyst in automation programs

- Map key stakeholders and how the BA bridges business, operations, and technology
Module 2: Pre-Sales & Opportunity Framing
- Clarify the BA’s role in pre-sales for IA and IPA engagements
- Support POCs/POVs by gathering requirements and aligning on success criteria
- Contribute to proposals with process insights, scope, and high-level value stories
- Help qualify and prioritize opportunities to build a realistic automation roadmap
Module 3: Project Stage: Discovery, Analysis & Design
- Conduct process discovery sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs
- Perform opportunity assessment to identify and qualify automation candidates
- Analyse current-state processes, perform re-engineering and define future state

- Support testing activities (UAT, scenario design, defect triage) as a BA
- Manage and track changes across the automation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Drive continuous improvement, collecting feedback, monitoring performance, and refining automations post go-live
